Rooms were generally appreciated for their comfort and unique features like the swim-up suite. However, some guests mentioned that the rooms were dark, outdated, and needed some repair. Noise from the pool area was also a concern for some.

The bars, scattered across the resort, offer the perfect settings for a refreshing drink, be it by the pool, outdoors, or in the grandeur of the lobby.
On arrival, guests are welcomed with a sparkling glass of wine. The resort's dedicated staff prepare a daily and nightly activities programme, which includes kayaking and snorkelling. Bathrobes and beach towel services, diving lessons in one of the resort's pools, and a sauna and steam room in the spa are all part of the inclusive experience.
The Naay Spa offers an array of treatments, from massages and facials to special body treatments. A tour desk, jewellery store and money exchange services are also conveniently located within the resort.
The resort is divided into two equally breathtaking sections: the Palms and Infinity. The Palms, the resort's original section, is a lush oasis amidst coconut plantations and traditional Mexican architecture, offering splendid views of the ocean and gardens. The all-new, all-oceanfront Infinity section is a testament to modern décor, boasting spectacular ocean views and featuring either a swim-up terrace or infinity pool balcony. With 24-hour room service, you may find it hard to leave your suite, but when you do, you'll be greeted by shaded, King-size Bali beds on the beach, attended to by our dedicated beach waiters.
